What is your shipping Policy?
John's art is printed on demand after you order so please allow 3-5 business days for the piece to be printed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you that your art order has been printed and shipped.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Your satisfaction is our top priority so if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from purchase date for a credit towards a replacement image. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition and you can request a substitute product. We do not pay for return shipping fees.
Damaged Artwork
Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged good received at johnk@johnknell.com for return instructions. All John Knell products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged.
